Ronda Rousey is not scheduled to fight in Clash at the Castle
Ronda Rousey shocked the WWE 26th August universe when she made her return earlier this year at the Royal Rumble. From that moment on, she went straight to the title scene, fighting Charlotte Flair at Wrestlemania, and later taking the SmackDown Women’s Championship. Her reign was not excessively long, since at Money In The Bank she lost her Championship to Liv Morgan, and this gave her her respective revenge at SummerSlam where Rousey could not recover her Championship. After this, Rousey was suspended from her, but she continues to appear in the shows, so it is not very well known what is next for her.
I don’t know if Rousey is going to Cardiff for the show, but she’s not going to be scheduled for a match . The original plan for the show was to have her on it, so they’ve brought her back to television right away. The long-term idea for her was to be a heel, but obviously now the story with her suspension and defiance of authority is for her to be a babyface. Obviously <,Morgan is destiny. Nothing is 100 percent in the sense that if they feel like she’s really more like a face, it wouldn’t make sense to turn her, and they’re very happy that her reactions have gotten a lot stronger lately (…)
Many fans allege that Rousey is losing that reaction from the public, that “spark” that she had in her previous stint in WWE, and the WWE Smackdown creative team is aware of this. We will see what plans they have for her for the following events and if they manage to bring back the old essence of her.
